Anyone had this 2018 3L V6 Petrol

Hi viewed a potential purchase on weekend, anyone here had this car as got some questions on the Quicksilver exhaust and Pandora alarm? Also is the SVR logo on the head unit and drivers display normal? Also noticed on door pillar between drive side door and rear door a silver SV logo?🤷‍♂️

I'm inclined to think that is a HSE and someone has tried to pretend it is a SVR, I thought the SVR had the logo embossed in the seats as well. Happy to stand corrected though.

Cheers

Have you had an insurance quote ? When they ask if there are any modifications you’d have to say it’s been badged as an SVR, as that will make it more stealable.

Not really sure sticking a incorrect badge on it would be classed as a notifiable modification, as proably a few 3.0L oil burners out there with SVR badges on them as well.

I’d still declare it, or remove the badges. I can imagine the insurance company conversation.

Yes 100%. When I was 17, I put a couple of Lotus badges on my dad's Cortina, which he was shall I say, a tad unhappy with Censored From a 100yards it was not a Lotus, especially when you lifted the bonnet, but it was to me Whistle Anyway, I totalled it (how did that happen Big Cry ) The insurance company came down on him like a ton of bricks & had so many checks done it before eventually paying up. Lesson learnt. Shocked
Wonder what a Lotus Sport would look like Rolling with laughter Range Rover Sport (gone): Mercedes S63 AMG Coupe: 992 Porsche Carrera 4S: Range Rover Fifty P400e
