RR Sport 2010 3.0tdv6 Mystery Problem burning/black smoke

Hi everyone I have a mystery problem car has been driven and turned off then after maybe an hour
Tried to start it and the throttle will not have any response and issue will happend as on video.

SDD shows no real codes that will match this issue.

How could I possibly diagnose this , it worries me that no fumes are coming through the exhausts at the back

United Kingdom 2012 Range Rover Sport SDV6 HSE Orkney Grey

Perhaps the crossover pipe has failed. The pipe is a known issue.

It links the exhaust headers so if it fails the exhaust gas is going to take the easy route out. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed
