Well, to be honest, it should take no more than 5 mins to remove the headlight so you have nothing to lose either way. 2010 RRS, TDV8

Hi gogsy yes true I will have a look the dreaded float issue it only happens now and again then clears itself but have the new tank to go in . |

Hi did mine found it easier taking front grill off and RH headlight unit out was easier getting to bottom pipe |

Oh, OK, I see now. Yes, I believe removing the headlight (takes some 30 seconds if some WD40 is necessary) and working from the bottom of the tank would be the best way. Just give it a shot. Regards etc.,

I'm tackling this job tomorrow, was going to remove the light and grill as it looks like and space gain will be helpful.....

The bottom hose was the one I thought was going to be the really difficult part of the job.
