You need to get the stored codes removed and then read with correct equipment, LR garage or GAP IID Tool BT or similar.

I'm shocked that a garage would return a car with same/similar faults and indications as when it went in. Don't they test drive afterwards? Whistle John

i had the same problems, till it got worse and the DPF anex catalyst converter melted down.
I would not exclude a blocked DPF indeed RRS 3.0 SDV6 HSE Lux
RRS 3.0 TDV6 gone
LR 3 HSE V8 gone
DiscoveryII V8 Gone
Discovery 1 V8 Gone
