OBD scanner

Hi

I have a couple of annoying warnings and codes that wont clear with budget scanner, mainly water in fuel and EGR warning.
What scanner would you recommend that can go to the sub menus to clear these codes please

If you just want to read fault codes and then clear them the iCarsoft LR works fine. I have the V2 but I see that there is now a V3.

If you want to do more, eg programming, then the general advice seems to be the Gap IID although I don't have one myself.
