RR Sport 2L Petrol only

Hi All,

looking to get some advise on the RR Sport 2L petrol 2019 model.

is the power to weight ratio (big SUV) ok with a 2L petrol only engine? the car i am looking to buy has very low milage 12K over last 3.5 years, but i am worried little about power ratio for the weight of the car

anyone advise would be great full

Just under 240bhp which is going to feel a little sluggish compared to the usual engines in rest of the RRS range, but it's on a par with the older 3.0TDV6 albeit down on torque. It has a similar 0-60 time as the older model but I would worry about in-gear performance. Also, if you're looking to tow, it might be a bit underpowered. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed

If you sitting in city traffic, it makes little difference what engine you have up front, frankly. It'll be quick enough to keep up with traffic. Bonus might be that lots of people think 2 litre is too small for the RRS and so any about ought to be reasonably priced. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
