We put in an order for a P440e on 30th Aug 22 (Perth dealer) and still no order update. We were told 12m and a build slot would take 2m, so that only gives us one month left. Fingers crossed they manage to stick to their estimate!

Afraid I have just cancelled mine. ordered last May (week after launch), 440e Autobiography. Dealer says they still can't see when it will get a build slot "could be 6 weeks or 6 months". after waiting a year and still no idea when it will be built / delivered is too much.

I've also reached the end of the road. I've had a 440e SE Dynamic on order for almost a year and have been given no idea when it will be delivered. In the interim the price has increased by £6k and the value of my present car is steadily falling. From what I can work out it seems only ABs are being built, the RR website says only AB can be ordered, and existing orders are being pushed into the next model year. So it appears that RR only want to sell the most expensive variants.
As a result the economics no longer stack up for me and so have cancelled my order and asked for repayment of the deposit.
I've sold by car back to the LR/RR dealer and in complete contrast have taken delivery of a Skoda Kodiaq. Its a Sportline 2.0 4x4, and has almost all the kit of the RR for an on-road price of £43.5 plus £750.00 of fuel. The first few miles have been quite impressive, let's see how it works out.

RRS sold and replaced with a Skoda Kodiaq after appalling RR Dealer experience and LR inability to supply new cars in any sort of reasonable time frame..

As I said on the other thread, I ordered day 1 and still no sight of it. Being requeued as a MY24 with the £6k price rise. I will await a slot and decide if I take it, but with the price rise, finance rate rises and just the shear lack of idea when it will be, means I will prob cancel.

I’m ordering an alternative car from Merc in the meantime…

I don’t blame you, I recently cancelled my order. Mainly due to the excessive price rise and finance costs.

I managed to pick up a brand new immediate delivery Defender 110. I’ve noticed on Auto Trader there’re more vehicles coming up due to cancelled orders. Perhaps this is an alternative route to beating the waiting list.

Anyone got 440e or 510e deliveries coming up n the coming months? Any considering cancelling given there is MY24 changes now inplay?

My P440e AB is slotted for build in mid July (MY23). I am not considering cancelling at this point as I have been told my order is price protected.

I am not sure if price protection applies to MY24 cars or not.

The P460e is now live on the JLR website with a delivery date quoted as 76 weeks!

Who knows what’s going on. Not only do we not know when it’s coming, do we know what we are getting  ——————————————

At this rate, I could probably run my incoming car for a bit then given its 18m from now
