Long term fuel trim gone crazy

Hi my 2005 rrs 4.2 s/c is not playing right. Plug it in and noice my long term fuel trim is all over the place. Got the car cheap and really want to get her running right. All help would be much appreciated

Thanks for the reply. Looks like my Pcv valve and hose is leaking. And I had a coil that was not in properly. Previous owner tightened the 8mm bolt to tight and pulled the nut out the rocker cover. Is there any video around that show you how to take the hose off as it look like it disappeared into the back of the engine
