Great to read your post and that you're still enjoying your RRS. I've only had my 3.6 2 months but very much loving it. 2010 RRS 3.6 TDV8 HSE Galway Green |

In fairness, the crank issue isn't exactly "usual". The numbers affected are small as a percentage of the number of engines out there, it's just that we hear about them because people ask for advice when it happens to them.

I have to join the happy club, only 2 years and 20K miles on but I love my 3.0. Have not spared on maint costs and have had to do the usual bottom arms, ARB bushes (upgraded at the same time of course) and spent a small fortune on upgrades but the car has only ever let me down on parking sensors - which was an easy fix. I absolutely love it and it drives like new with almost 90K miles. loads of bad rep on these machines, but you look after them and ..... so far.... they seem to look after you. heres to another few happy years hopefully |
