Hi all, just had two new bottom arms fitted along with all new bolt hardware. Then had it 4 wheel tracked. Problem arises on drivers front in that they can't get the camber 100% bang on as the new bolts only push out so far before coming in again. They suggest that it is wear to the bolt hole where it may be slightly oval. It drives fine and straight but been told to look out for possible inner tyre wear.
Is there a part I can change to rectify this properly?

Just curious as to where you got the alignment done? 2010 RRS, TDV8

The brackets with the adjusting holes in are welded to the frame so technically they are not replaceable, certainly would not be available from L/R. It may be possible to build the worn edge up with weld and file back down to original size. I would be more inclined to check the ''Lug's'' the adjusting washer's ride/rotate against to make sure they haven't been damaged as well, possibly by someone having done a previous alignment.

Tracking was done at Tyrespot, friend of a friend. Took all my other vehicles there with no issue. These were brand new arms and all new bolt hardware.
Any chance of a pic showing these Lugs?

Not the best picture, but that's all they are and the concentric washers rotate against them, if they have been damaged or sort of flattened in anyway the washers can ride over them and not allow the bolt to adjust properly.

That's exactly what has happened on our D3 iv got to weld a small plate on at some point the alignment place I used saidxalmost the exact same thing.... the holes in the chassis must be worn out

But then again. Where to weld the bit on?

As you can see the '' Lugs'' quite easily from under the vehicle, if the n/s one is o.k. then you should be able to take a measurement from that to position, as where to weld a new plate too, or as the original is only basically a indentation stamped in the metal you could probably work it out by looking on the inside of the bracket to see the where the indentation was stamped in. If indeed that is the cause of your issue.

Are these original Land Rover arms?

Yep, sure are. All sorted yesterday. Followed the advice of above and the alignment advice about correct neg degree camber post.
