I will stay on the Forum for advice if needed in the future though.

Yes, this Forum is a great resource. Amazing what I've learned from members, and some independent LR specialists too. Barrie.

I will still work on these as an independent LR specialist

Perhaps not the perfect advertisement you wanted.

I dunno, I don’t think I’d ever own an L322 or an L319, just not to my personal liking. Doesn’t affect my ability or willingness to work on them, just not cars I’m personally interested in owning. The big difference is though, I’m not going to buy an L322 in need of various repairs and then think I’m going to pawn it off on my wife who doesn’t even like driving my L320 due to its size. Then when I try to sell it and somebody intentionally messes it up and I end up selling it back to the previous owner at a loss, I won’t act like it’s the car’s fault. It’s my own fault for making unthought out decisions.

Sorry, somebody had to say it.

Maybe next time a little more forethought. Like calling your man bear and saying, “Hey sugar britches, I have a chance to get a car cheap, would you be interested in it once I get it running?” And he could have the chance to say, “No thanks sweet tits, I prefer shoe horning myself into my mini, besides you have too many projects anyway.” Just saying that little interaction could have saved you some grief.

And now I shall wait to get a red flag. 2011 RRS HSE Luxury 3.0 TDV6 Fuji White on Ebony/Ivory
