SVR 2016 engine & warning triangle

Hi

Not had the SVR long had a few faults that Range Rover main dealer has looked at Can anyone confirm that after all the warning lights have came on & gone off that the engine & warning triangle in yellow stay on & then go out when started ? My understanding was that if they are on before starting there is a fault code registered ?

You will need to read the fault codes to find out what's going on. --

Can't really comment on the L494, but on my old L320 5.0L . Switch ignition on, once it's gone through it's checks the only lights left on are Yellow Warning Triangle, Battery Light and Engine Light, press brake pedal to start and Warning Triangle goes out, start engine and Battery Light goes out then the Engine Light a nano second later, never been any different. Does that Airbag warning light extinguish ? as that may be the cause of the Warning Triangle staying illuminated, but as suggested you do need the codes read.

Cheers
Col
