Hi all can I get some advice on the following, back in Feb I had both front arms replaced and a wheel alignment done as well as other stuff. Since then my steering wheel has been slightly off set, a little turned to the left, for some reason I thought this would correct itself once the vehicle was driven following the work , it hasn't. Part of the work done was replacing all the ARC pipework, recently I've been getting the " vehicle lean when cornering message", checked the fluid level and all fine with no leaks. This message only comes on at speeds above 50 mph on the motorway.

I'd safely assume so as they are a very reputable and well established LR indie specialist |

Yes, you can reset the steering sensor with the Gap IID tool. I had a similar issue with the steering wheel off centre after replacing front arms, had the alignment done on the hunter equipment and I know it was done correctly as I was there and actually put it in TTM myself in addition to full fuel tank as advised by L/R and watched on the screen as the guy actually did all the adjustments etc. and the steering wheel was still off centre.

It's booked in with the guys who did the wishbone replacement and ARC pipe replacement, hopefully they'll sort it. On a positive note it sailed through it's MOT this week with no advisories, very pleased with that. |
