Just actually double checked what I thought was a break in the seal is just where the seal ends - its the same on the other side - so the leak maybe from where the rubber seal was turned up?

Just a quick thought do I need to remove the gloss black trim that runs the length of the car to access the drain holes?

Just a quick update on this looks like the slight leak I had into the head lining was due to the amount of rain that fell that day - very very heavy downpour, everything has been dry since in normal rain and driving through normal rain.
