Has anyone swapped the Terrain Gear Selector Module..?

Mines pretty scuffed up the rubberised buttons have seen better days.
Ive been looking at some replacements from ebay

And just watched the powerfuluk centre console removal video as Ive just ordered the touch screen climate upgrade.
Are the gear modules a straight away over, no coding etc needed?
