Had my 2012/13 RR Sport HSE for about 5 years now, love the car apart from repairs. The latest one we drove from North Norfolk to Bristol using sat/nav, everything fine, left it overnight to continue to Cornwall but the radio, san/nav, Bluetooth, rear camera and parking sensors would not work, luck would have it have tom tom as back up. took it to a land rover place in Falmouth who done a Autologic diagnostic on it and said the fault probably lyes with the Bluetooth Module and that I would have to get my local garage to look at it when i get home, they can't look at it for another three weeks so my mate who's a mechanic digs online digging for me and said Bluetooth Module is behind a panel in the boot area, took that off and it is not, managed to email someone online who suggested on my year it is probably behind head unit so looking online i have managed to remove it but nowhere on that unit does it say Bluetooth, however the DVD unit below says Bluetooth. PLEAse could one of you VERY kind folk point me in the right direction. Photos below.

The only modules behind the rear boot panel on my 12/13 are the dab receiver, audio amp and RSE module. I do recall seeing this extract previously though, which may mean that bluetooth module is now a integrated part the IAM unit on that year vehicle, as the name suggests a picture of which you posted.

Today I learnt that the later L320s do Bluetooth audio streaming.. I wonder if the telematics moved into the headunit at that point - that would make sense. 2014 BMW 530d Touring, 2006 BMW 650i, 2018 Mini Cooper S

Bosch headunits (USB, not FireWire satnav update, modern graphics, not the JLR curved screen buttons) in MY2012 are able to stream audio, I believe. Regards etc.,

thank you all for replies and sorry for not replying earlier as have been away for week, I will try suggested things

So i have plugged head unit in minus the fibre optic lead and switched ignition on and the fibre optic light in the back of unit flashes but the is nothing flashing from the fibre optic plug that plugs into the unit. also on front screen the audio is greyed out wether fibre optic lead is plugged into back or not, and i am not able to go into audio setting to bring up blue tooth. PLEASE does anyone know where the fibre optic cable that plugs into back of head unit comes from ?

Thanks karlos01, i have seen that video, but I'm not partially electrically minded, i have the car booked into a place in norwich next week. as i said in my original post some one told me it would probably be the bluetooth module in the boot compartment but its not there,

also karlos01 I see you are located in Norfolk, do you know of anyone or where that could sort it for me ?

That video is a RRS2 so probably find a lot of the components are in a different location to the RRS1.
