I presume you you mean Remote, Remote Tracker and Live Traffic/Map Update?

If the incontrol account is registered to you then you will receive several emails telling you it due to expire and these emails have the link in them to renew your subscription and you will get the option from £35 for just remote to £260 for the full package. Just paid £260 to renew my subscription but live traffic not showing. I thought this was included in the £260 as it says live included on the Incontrol website. Anyone know if this is this an extra cost?

Do you have an active SIM card in the slot by the arm rest? to provide data?

Yes SIMM fitted and remote app working OK. Good idea about the phone...will check on. y way home.

Remote app does not use that SIM, I had a similsr problem last week with the UBIGI SIM and had to log in again to UBIGI.

Also the UBIGI SIM that came with the car is free for 36 months, then you need to renew the data plan or provide your own SIM, 2023 P440e SE Dynamic on order -cancelled

I don't use UBIGI as the cars now three years old so I bought a three data simm to use. Also the UBIGI had a very small monthly allowance which I often went over.

Still not working! The sat nav screen says I need to go to www.landrover.here.com but it's a broken link. Cant believe how difficult it is to sort something out as simple as this
