Hi all I have just come back from a weekend away with the caravan and whilst towing uphill I got the restricted performance warning. I plugged in my IID and got the following fault code.

P006A-84 (27) Manifold absolute pressure - mass or volume air flow correlation - Bus signal/message failure - signal is below allowable range

Now my old 2010 sport had a similar issue and ended up being a split manifold and I hoped I had let all those worries behind with the 4.4 😰.

A brief search mainly brought back split hoses, leaking manifolds and blocked DPF’s but didn’t see anything that related specifically to the 4.4 engine. So I’m after some help to identify the problem.

They suffer from split turbo hoses between the plenum and manifolds mostly

They do also suffer from split plenum and manifolds, but quite rare (so far)
