Hdc fault. No quick fix

Hi all, I've the 3 amigos on my dash but only after getting to 25 or 30mph. Not there at initial start up. I also get a grinding and crunchy abs noise on my left side front. I've changed battery, front abs sensor and brake light switch all to no avail. I'm now thinking it may be outer cv joint with the abs cogs on but not sure. Sometimes the traction control flashes first a couple of times then all three pop up.
Any ideas or is it a trip to a dealer +
Car is 2008 2.7 sport

I can replicate this with ease. Strangely.
Accelerate up to 30 and it kicks in straightaway, suspension drops, no progs etc... Help.

Does the suspension drop to the stops?

That sounds like a cross axle articulation error - the system thinks you're cross axled and drops the car / limits performance to prevent you going too quickly and crashing.

It's often caused by a calibration issue with the air suspension module although you can be unlucky and have two height sensors in failure and that will cause it.

If you put the 4x4 info up on the screen, does it show anything other than a level car with white lines above and below the wheels?

It might be a simple calibration required or it might be a sensor issue. If a sensor is replaced the system needs to be recalibrated anyway. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed

Hi,
Shows the car as normal and level, and wheels turn on screen to match what I'm doing with steering inputs.

Yeah, white lines above and below each wheel and red boxes across the axles.
