Seeking advise

Hello all

Newbie here. I am looking to buy a RRS L320 and I have found a 2013 5.0 supercharged car. Full LRSH with 124000 km. Had a new engine at 90000 km.

What should I be looking for in particular? As far as I am aware the following work has been carried out

Diff oil at 97k
Auto box flush not done
Auto Transmission fluid 3l used at engine change but not clear why this might have been the case
Power steering fluid at 97k
Transfer case oil not changed
Dynamic response system oil changed at 97k (not sure what this is)

Any advice gratefully received

Listen for chain rattle from front of engine.
Check when cold

Thanks. Is this likely to be an issue on an engine with just 35000 km (21k miles on it?)

Very unlikely, according to L/R the initial timing chain/tensioner/guide issues that they had with the 5.0L engine they rectified about 10 years ago by fitting modified tensioners/guides etc. Although anything mechanical or electrical can fail, but I think the odds are in your favour with the engine.

Cheers

When they pulled the engine they would have had top pull the torque converter off with all the gearbox oil it holds so that is why you would have had 3l of transmission oil when the engine was done. 07MY RRS TDV6
