Just to demonstrate its a revenue raising exercise my 2015 RRS Hybrid is chargeable yet my 2011 X3 3.0D which I know is euro 5 is not, bonkers! 2015 RRS DIESEL HYBRID |

That’s interesting because my X3 diesel euro 5 personal registration was on a petrol vehicle previously maybe why I’m not charged. 2015 RRS DIESEL HYBRID |

What I do know is that their system must have an element of manual to it as it seems to take a very long time to get charged! Took over 2 months for the first time I drove in/out the ULEZ and 3 weeks this last time. Still not sure if I've been charged the out yet.

Well, I must admit, that turned out a lot easier and quicker than expected. I filled out an online form to start my query, had a reply asking for proof such as the V5 which I replied to with a copy and today they emailed back to say it's all sorted and I am compliant and this is now shown on the ULEZ checker.
