Did you reset the BMS when the battery was replaced? |

I fitted a new battery to mine before shipping car to NZ and never bothered to reset the BMS, have not had any problems and still starts first time, every time and that was 5 years ago, just made sure battery was fully charged before fitting it. Cheers Col |

So I have a basic OBD2 tool that reads and clears codes with nothing else. I've done some reading and ended up going for the icarsoft LR V2.0 unit. This has the BMS feature mentioned above and after checking the documentation my model should be fine to work with it. I think this could also be linked to my problems as the new battery I bought last year is a different CCA and capacity than the original
