I am not into all this stuff but it is interesting that this forum swears by the IID Gap tool, but on the USA Sport forum they all stand behind the Autel Mx808.

We like the autel ap200. It’s the cheap one (under £80)

I dont think the IID can do dpf forced regen can it? The autel does iirc. |

Goffy, how do you find the code reading? Are the codes specific or generic? I don't need programming abilities, but actuation testing is prob a must! I am trying to hunt down the power restriction cause, a smoke test revealed no air leaks and no cracked manifold. They have a V3 now so guessing it will be better than the V2 which was already pretty good based on reviews. |

I'm actually deciding between the Autel DS or the Launch X431 for the rest of the cars in the household, but need something specific for the Sport. |

The code translation table is one of the main menu options on the home screen. You can also find them listed on the internet.
