Silly question, but are you sure its not the coolant heater? Mines been doing it since the cold weater. |

No itβs definitely the fan it would appear not to be free even when cold π |

I think it does a self test after startup, but if it carries on for longer than 1 minutes, you have a problem

Mine does it upon first start for approx 40 meters. Then I reach a T junction and I notice the noise has gone. 2006 2.7 TDV6 HSE in Cairns Blue. |

did u have the car in the summer? and know the A/C works ?

I never had the car in the summer although I was told the system had been serviced /re gassed .
