I used to get the same issue which was getting more and more frequent, especially when lowering or raising the suspension,, when this happened it always turned off the forward alert function. I bought a full service kit off eBay for the compressor and changed all seals, dessicant, piston ring and delivery valve,,,, which I think is the main problem. Some filters have to be cleaned rather than replaced but it's worked 100% better since. I am also working through the seals in the valve blocks. 2010 RRS, TDV8

Exhaust valve in the suspension compressor will cause this fault. Generally considered a new compressor is required. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders

I had a similar issue with my 2007 sport ,had it checked by local indie who emailed lr with the fault code ,it turned out it was the lateral accelerometer situated on the chassis under the drivers seat ,replaced for about £ 80 inc fitting no more fault light ! |
