Coolant leak 2007 2.7 tdv6 l320

Hi all, today after parking up, I got the dreaded smell of leaking coolant.
I've had a look, but can't see any obvious signs, smell seems to be from front of the car, any particular places to check, or advice please TIA

I remember reading in LR Monthly over a year ago about a coolant pipe that corrodes on the front face. It was difficult to get to but would be breakdown worthy if it lets go. Not a very helpful reply I’ll try and get more info.
