sat nav radio blue tooth and voice activation not working

Help required please guys sat nav packed in halfway through a trip radio cd phone and active voice not working I understand that if the blue tooth unit fails it knocks out everything else I have found the blue tooth unit and if that has failed then I will change it bus firstly is there a work around to get everything else working is there a check or test that will tell me it is the blue tooth unit before I go and buy another unit car is 2010 range rover sport hse thanks in advance

Thanks Andy K will sort out battery and order the item hopefully that will sort it until i replace the BT unit

New Battery fitted all under seat boxes un pluged then re pluged still no sat nav, radio or rev camera no phone and no voice activation but screen lights up so did the next suggestion Hard Reset all still the same any more idea anyone can pass on otherwise it will cost an arm and a leg to run diagnostics for this TIA
