A split intake manifold can cause this error. Realistically you need to have error codes checked and there are a number of possible causes. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders

Mine was a split cross over pipe at the rear of the engine. No codes appeared, just restricted performance. 2018 Telsa MS

Pull the metal clip up marked yellow,pull pipe off & spray with throttle body cleaner.

The twice I had intermittent fails like the op that cleared on cycling the ignition it was inlet manifolds. That there are many other suggestions is testament to legendary JLR design and quality . Get to a good indy and get the codes read would be my advice. |
