I'm sure I remember a thread where someone had done this. It could have been on another forum, of course. ISTR it was a real pain to do it.

I'm not sure I see the point of doing it when a 2010 RRS can be picked up for not that much these days. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders

If you're going to facelift the exterior and interior to make it look like the 2010 RRS, then you may as well just sell it and buy a real 2010 and save yourself the money and hassle. Unless you just want to do it as a fun project, of course.

Β£10k can get you in a reasonable 2010 RRS with 3.0 litre engine if you're not too mileage sensitive. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders

It works out cheaper if u buy all parts and fit it all self so would be a project build but probably just change seats and door cards and face lift outside πŸ˜‚

Fair enough. It's your money. Thumbs Up

I would ask, however, if you've sat in the facelift seats for any length of time? I think the original design was more comfortable and the solid leather is much more practical than the perforated leather. Whoever thought up perforated leather for a car seat needs shooting. It's always picking up stuff in the holes. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders

Totally agree on the perforated leather, spent ages when I got the car with a bent paper clip poking through the holes to clean them out. RRS HSE Dynamic SDV6 2014
