Sounds weird I thought they would all be in the same place on the driver side (UK) under the dash it seems set back more than the 1st gen ones maybe it has a cover over it? If a jobs worth doing, get a someone who knows what they are doing to do it!

Have the same vehicle and the port is drivers side . M16 SVD8 ,4.4 HSE with a few extras, Sold R50 , Wife SQ5 , BMW R1200GSW. |

My understanding is that is industry legislated to be in the same place relative to the steering wheel. Pretty much a worldwide standard.

I've heard that some tracker/security companies move the OBD ports to stop would-be thieves from starting the car via it.

It has the land rover tracking capabilities through the incontrol app but no third party tracker.

Follow the wires back....the common method of relocating the obd is to add an extension or tie it off up behind the dash panel....
