Thanks for the post and the heads up. LV are also the ones who insure my SVR.

I think I will be calling them today to find out if I'm in the same boat.

I was previously with LV but tried to get a new quote on a 2018 RRS HSE Dynamic and they said they no longer insure this car so it's not just SVRs

Me as well

Just been refused by LV based entirely on it being a RRS. ‘We do not insure this type of vehicle!’ It said after I had put in all my details. Big Cry

I find the AA very good on my 5.0 SC but it is an older L320 so don't know if that helps. There is no replacement for displacement - W O Bentley

Hi all,

Just had the same email from LVE.
Another case of they are not making enough money so we have to loose. Funny if you do over your quoted miles you have to pay more, if you do slot less you have to pay more 😷 2018 SVR

If they wanted to make more money, surely they would just increase the premium. I wonder if the RRS is simply too easy to steal.

I have Just spoken to LV and they are stating that this would be from renewal date. so I will be OK untill next September.

they had an internal email stating that high risk cars would have an automatic renewal decline.

However she has stated there was no vehicle makes/models attached to the email. SVR Carbon Edition in Estoril Blue MY 21.5

Article written August last year, which would suggest but happy to be corrected that only vehicles about 2 years old or newer would benefit from the change.
