I had similar once. Except I hadn't been playing with the wheels so no idea why they were loose. Had been parked in a corner slot in a multi-storey car park so wonder if someone had been trying to nick it before realising how heavy an RRS is... 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders

Not good but at the end of the day we are all human & make mistakes, have you checked you wheel for damage where the nut sits.? If damaged they could come lose again so it might mean a new wheel. Andy.

Had the same happen to, embarrassingly I took it to the local independent as I had no idea what was going on with it. Hadn't been playing with wheels or anything.

I am carrying around a little mental note that the rear hub nuts on my kit car have never been torqued .. let's hope I remember before it hits the road!

It's a Dax Cobra replica - Jaguar XJ40 hubs front & rear and differential, albeit with modified driveshafts.. Jaguar stuff of that era (~1990s) is a wonderful mix of imperial and metric fasteners on every part |
