Just phoned the dealer asking for a timescale, he said he didn't know. He dropped it off with the garage on Saturday and he's waiting for them to tell him what he needs then he will get it sorted. Call was amicable so it looks like it will be sorted for me. That's a bit of a weight off my shoulders, I just hope he doesn't drag it out I need the car in 2 weeks

Just an update on this, parts have arrived and they will be sorting it early this week. The garage are paying

Finally got the car back all fixed and paid for, albeit only one side done. Good thing is its running very well. Managed to get 32mpg on the 200 mile journey home and didn't go under 80 all the way
