The dash display is controlled by the OEM radio clock - as the radio clock wanders off time so will the dash display - if there is no signal from the radio the dash display will just tick over.

do you think disconnecting the battery will work as there is no time showing at all on the clock ?. |

Have you selected the clock with the indicator stalk. 07MY RRS TDV6

Gary thanks for getting back to me, when I select settings with the indicator stalk I cannot enter settings do you know why this is, what I am doing wrong or not doing ?, any help would be appreciated |

Sorry cant help with that - I simply push the i button on the stalk to scroll through the various displays. 07MY RRS TDV6

I don't know if it helps but I replaced the original head unit with a Pioneer double din one and I got all the wiring harness from IncarTec (site sponsor and really helpful guys).

I had this issue recently on my RR Sport. After ages trying, i worked out that you need to turn the head unit "off" and then you can enter the display settings (using the steering wheel controls). |
