Suspension module is above the driver's foot well, can be easily accessed by removing the panel immediately above the pedals.

It might be the exhaust valve in the compressor. This is not a serviceable item - a new compressor is required.

Otherwise, on the 4x4 info screen, are there any red lines above/below a wheel? 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed

Hi, thanks for the reply, no red lines on display, would it be good to check the connections?

The ACE system can trigger a red light. So you may want to read the ACE ecu to see if that has codes / clues

though if you can adjust the height, you were probably correct first time Embarassed

Had a reader on it recently ,lots of ghost codes!!! But nothing to state an issue! And was unable to clear yellow lean light, it does seem to be random!!! But light has not gone off for a while now , and normal height only is more frequent. So may i ask what would be in passenger foot well , where it all got soaked

I guess the wiring from the switches goes via the passenger footwell

most of the suspension wiring is run outside the car

So ,update, came out in the week to find rrs on its knees , back still up, will not raise the front , checked for leaks on back valve block ,nothing , compressor runs for a short time and is very noisy! Would it be a good shout to check the front block or bite the bullet and replace the compressor, as a good search through other feeds points to this being the probable fault, any help greatly received as always ,tia

Sounds like the compressor needs a service.

If it’s still noisy on the bench replace.

I would replace the seals in the front valve block

And then go fowards from there to see if anything else
