I don’t have any issues and I’m always forgetting when I swop between devices. I take it you’ve checked your junk folder? Did you get an email when you created a new name? If not I suggest it could be a email provider issue. I’m using hotmail if that if that helps. 2019 5.0 SC SVA (Current)

Nothing in junk folder & yes I did get an email when re-registering but nothing when asking about a forgotten password |

Found it After writing all the passwords I could think of & trying them & waiting for 30mins after 5 attempts, finally got it, so "noname" will be redundant until I have another disaster. Well maybe not as I will have forgotten that password by then |
