Another ‘suspension will raise when system has cooled’ p

Hi guys
Hope you are enjoying the sun in quarantine as much as possible Thumbs Up
Have been lurking and reading the forum but after reading all relevant posts I’m stuck

Here’s my situation
2009 2.7 HSE 142k
Currently on bump stops
‘suspension will raise when system has cooled‘ on drivers screen
No error codes, not in limp mode
4x4 screen shows green line at access height
4x4 screen shows no errors on any corner
4x4 screen shows ‘raising’ text
Height button on centre console illuminated and pressing buttons will change the lights
I have disconnected battery overnight, no lift
I swapped the relays around and still no lift
Checked the fuses, all good, still won’t lift
I removed the compressor and think it’s a replacement as the bracket was cracked and bolts missing
(I purchased car feb 2017 on 114k and I haven’t had it changed)
Bench tested the Dunlop 02567A compressor and works fine
Now I’m stuck

Any help much appreciated

The compressor has 2 temperature sensors. (they are the thin wires)

The obvious problem would be these sensors a faulty reading too hot
or the wires / connector pins from them back to the front of the car have poor connections.

Read the live values of the temperature sensors if you have an IID.

I’ve not got an iid tool and they look pretty expensive

Check the connections to the small wires in the compressor then

update:

i bit the bullet and purchased a replacement dunlop unit and the suspension now raises Thumbs Up

however its way slower than before and now comes up with 'vehicle raising slowly' and once reached desired height, the pump continues to run Censored

i put it into standard height, engine off, listened to each arch, no leaks heard, did the same in off road height, and same no leaks heard.

currently left it in off road height, removed relay, and will see if it drops overnight.

any suggestions where to look?

Is the reservoir tank rusty? If it has a hole then pump will over run.
Ideally you need the codes reading to get a better idea. The gap IID Bluetooth will pay for itself eventually with these cars Thumbs Up Visitor from fullfatrr.com

Spraying soapy water over the tank might help show up any leaks as it'll bubble....

Update:

Left in off road height for 24 hrs and didn’t drop, so does that mean the valves are working and/or the bags are ok? Still no sound of leaks from each corner?

Now it’s lowered to standard height and sits square also

The pump still runs continuously, I switched off after 2 mins as not to burn it out. Also removed relay again

However when observing the 4x4 screen on dash, I noticed very sudden ‘jumps’ of the n/s/r wheel, the green line is straight with no red lights on any corner

Height sensor? Without reading the codes with an IID or similar then a guessing game.

So had it plugged in and after the initial codes were reset, no codes came up relevant to the suspension

However it is very clear that the back raises immediately and the front is incredibly slow, with the ‘vehicle raising slowly’ message

Which points to valve blocks maybe? Would it be front or could it also be centre block?

No obvious leaks from tank or pipe work either
