Had a suspension problem with my 2012 autobiography, new pump was fitted in august 2019. All was good until I went to lower suspension to get the dogs in, it Bounced back up to extended height. Did this every time, if I tried to raise it ,”orange light and suspension fault.” Plugged in sdd, read code c1a13 pressure won’t exhaust in gallery.
Didn’t think it would be the new pump, so started the normal checks. Two rear sensors, front and rear solenoid valves and reservoir valve later, and still the same.
Lots of head scratching later, took off the new AMK pump, stripped out the solenoid valve ,two torx screws and a plug. (thought this seems a bit tight in here) .Cleaned, lubricated and refitted , bingo! works a treat.
hard fault to trace as you don’t expect a new part to be defective??
Any way, easy fix just a bit of time and a little bit of grease!
