I have a 12 month approved used warranty from LR dealer but im concerned that the leak may not be covered. any advice appreciated.

I purchased the 2013 RRS Autobiography in June 19, in December I got vehicle lean when cornering amber warning light coming on for a day then going off for several days then on again. The warning hasn't come on again howere In January I noticed oil on my drive at the rear of the vehicle, garage is now saying it may not be covered under the warranty.

I have viewed the MOT history it states:

Failed in 2017 with Rear Fluid Suspension unit leaking arc bar unit.

9th April 2019 Failed again Rear Suspension unit leaking arc bar unit, and had and advisory for Rear arc pipes badly corroded.

16th April passed, however the Rear arc pipes badly corroded was still an advisory.


Do I have a case that this is an ongoing issue irrespective if not covered by the warranty ?

From the pictures can anyone say if it is the Anti roll bar that's leaking?

It would be compelling if the selling dealer did those MOTs  2006 2.7 TDV6 HSE in Cairns Blue.
