Hi, I am hoping someone can help.

I have a 2015 Range Rover Sport, I have the Remote app loaded on my phone and find the journeys function very handy.

However since last Saturday it has not recorded any journeys!

I have had the car in the dealer today to have a little warranty job done and have asked them to have a look at this. They have reloaded the software on the car and it has made no difference.

I have been advised to delete the app and reload it, and to turn the journeys function off and on again,

I have done all the above and it is still not recording the journeys.

The dealer wants me to see if it is just a glitch t Land Rover and to have the car back if it does not sort itself out over the next couple of days, but they want the car back for 2 days to run some tests on it which is a bit of a pain and will probably be expensive as well.

Can I ask, is anyone suffering with this problem at the moment, have you had the issue in the past and how was it resolved in the end.

SNAP - last recorded journey was Tuesday which happened to be the stealership - nothing recorded since & I have tried & done exactly the same as you but to no avail. I’m gonna mess around with the settings on the nav screen next to see if that helps

Glad it's not just me then, was that this Tuesday or this week.

I only noticed it yesterday but nothing in the journeys file from Saturday onward,

The dealer called Land Rover and was told that no faults have been reported with the app so hopefully now this may prompt something.

I even downloaded another version of the app, called the same but has a white background on the app button. Didn't make any difference.

Still hopefully a few more will post on this if they are having the same issues.

Yes similar issues started on Monday. Drove to Stirling with the journey there recorded ok but the journey back straight lined half way. Drove to Edinburgh on Tuesday with the journey there recorded ok but return journey not recorded at all. Some other smaller trips recorded as straight line between end points, strange, never seen this previously. 2016 L494 SDV6 HSE Dynamic Carpathian Grey

Same problem here since Sat 26th, emailed jlr this morning have not heard anything. Also deleted app and reloaded
with no luck, seems like they need to do something their end

Ah ok. Clearly not an issue with the vehicle software then, I won’t be planning an expensive trip to the stealer quite yet as a few of us are having the same problems

I have had the straight line before and after a day or two it sorts itself out but this has gone on longer than normal 2017 Range Rover Sport Autobiography

Mine changed last Friday

When it gets going again, will it fill in the gaps in journeys - some of my earlier ones are missing

I thought it was just me, been doing this since Monday MY17 RRS 4.4d V8 Autobiography - Aintree Green (also referred to on Topix as British Racing Green)

Still the same again today, pain in the  2017 Range Rover Sport Autobiography

Its become an aeroplane - now that's an interesting diversification for LR . Would you be happy flying in a plane made by LR??? Robin
