Mines working - it will get someone in trouble tomorrow. It was in the dealership for a slight oil leak investigation & ended up being parked on the local retail shopping park for 15 minutes. When I questioned it - I was told it needed a rest drive I replied why does it need to go to Halfords ( based at the retail park ) have you run out of oil I reiterated that I’d be seeking a genuine reason for that pit stop tomorrow & would be viewing the dash cam footage before I escalated the concern

Outward journey is working today BUT not working again going home

So I picked up my Sport from the dealership today - when I asked about the pit stop registered on the incontrol journey tracker the service coordinator apologised & sighed I told her I was going to check my dash cam & then decide my next action. The footage showed a lack of respect for my volume button & the driver parking up & casually heading into the local home improvement store. At this point my temper got the better of me & I advised her I wanted to make an official complaint. 15 minutes later I was invited into the service managers office. SO - the driver was an agency employee who will not be invited back - so I asked why was a technician not driving the SPORT - is this normal practice that a ( with all due respect ) a temporary employee is let loose on a customers vehicle & what training is undertaken regarding the systems & driving techniques needed to operate - in my opinion a sophisticated motor. The response was deafening I have been asked to allow her 24 hrs to revisit the facts & feedback to me regarding my questions
