On my 2010, you have to put the indicator on in addition to having the lights on. |

Does the vehicle not have to be between a certain speed range for this to work. Current: 2010 RRS 3.6 TDV8 HSE

I notice mine come on and off when cornering around my estate, turning into drive and sharp corners on country roads doing around 20 mph.

They only work with dipped headlights, ignition on/engine running and car in Drive, will work with or without indicator going and deactivate above 25mph I think.

Mine are as Col said except mine work in reverse also (but work opposite, i.e. if I am in drive and turning right, the right lamp comes on, but if I leave the steering alone and put it in reverse, the left lamp comes on which makes sense) they also work at least 40mph as I have a fun corner near home that I like to throw it around at 2am. 2019 5.0 SC SVA (Current)

Are we talking about the Cornering lights or AFS "bendy lights" as thought they deactivated at around 45mph, as for cornering lamps mine certainly only work in drive.

Cornering lights will work with vehicle stationary provided transmission is in drive, or at least mine do.

Hi, I have a LHD RR supercharged 2009 facelift model, I’ve just exported the car to Spain and subsequently changed he whole head lamp due to the fact the ones on he car were UK Spec. The lights I have purchased are Valeo, the reference is almost identical but note I have the AFS warning light and the cornering light doesn’t work, I was wondering if I dismantled the old lamps and switched over the ballasts and all electric components will this fix the issue??

I'm sure someone will be along that might be able to confirm this, but is there not a setting that you can change in one of the menus that allows you to set the headlamps for either driving on the left or right rather than having to change the whole headlamp, or is it more to do with them being UK spec. |

Thank you for the reply, Unfortunately not as the previous owner had changed the lights and put UK spec Valeo ones |

Mine come on with the indicators as long as the lights are on, but only up to a certain speed, and also when on the move dependiant on the position of the steering wheel.

I have the Osram LEDFOG101 fitted (replaces OEM fog lights with daytime running lights, fog lights, and cornering lights and I highly recommend). So I get cornering from the headlamp as well as the fog lamp. Suffice it to say, I can see where I am going even if I cannot answer some of the questions on this thread. It could simply be that the bulbs are blown, it happened on my MY10 and had the bulbs changed when in service and all working again tickety boo |
