Yup, tyre pressures within 1lb of recommended, i have also noticed a bit of creaking when on full lock manoevering, thought that indicates bushes but not according to tester.

There is a UJ in the steering column which can stiffen up causing heavy steering and lack of self-centering.

Did you put the height back to standard? Camber changes with ride height as does, I think, caster (the wheelbase changes slightly as the suspension height changes - you can see this as the wheels rotate ever do slightly as the height changes from access to road to off road). Toe stays the same. Changing camber and caster will alter the steering weight and self-centering effect. If you have set a new ride height, then an alignment is required. Camber, caster and toe are all shown on the Hunter laser alignment system. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders 2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed |

@rrstdv8 Yup, ride height set to normal, not set to a different height, will give it another play with the height settings and see if it helps the car settle back to where it should be regarding the steering problem, although i can't see it helping as i have done 2 50 mile runs since i noticed the problem
