Don't think so, no. They did do a dealer-fit HST body kit on the earlier model. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders

Thanks, I’m looking at a HSE Lux with an Autobiography kit fitted. I asked who fitted it and was told, the factory as LR offered it as a factory fitted option. I’d never heard of this but wanted to check with you guys. It’s not a deal breaker but something I can hit him with if I have to. |

SVR didn’t exist in 2013 and there is no such thing as a Black Edition Autobiography. 2019 5.0 SC SVA (Current)

Land Rover used to offer an Autobiography bespoke service many years ago - in the days of L322 and P38A - it consisted of a repaint in the colour of your choice, price starting at £10k, then the interior could be “remodelled” to your requirements BUT the one thing they never ever sold was an Autobiography body kit. There are people on the forum who have upgraded L320 post 2010 facelift models from HSE to Autobiography so it is possible but you don’t get the bits from Land Rover they come from scrapped cars or eBay sellers

You’re right, it seems it is not badged SVR, but it is a black edition Autobiography spec’d Car. An that is a Fact as the logbook says so! |

The one I’m looking at is a 2012 HSE with the Lux pack, 51K miles and the Autobiography body kit but after what you guys are saying it must be an aftermarket kit retro fitted by someone. Dealer wants just under £20K. |

It was never called a Autobiography Body Kit, A/B is the model, L/R called it a Exterior Design Pack. Yes it was a factory option on all models of the facelift RRS1 for the princely sum of £3270.00. If you have the Vin No. should be able to get build spec from topix which should say if it was factory fitted or not I believe.

That’s not cheap, it’s at it’s starting price. It’ll never sell for £20k, in fact I bet it’ll go for between £17.5k an £18.5k. 70k milled RRS1 2012 are going for £16k-£17.5k |

As I thought all Black Editions were HSE's and being the run out models they fitted a few extra normally paid for options FOC i.e. dual view screen etc. Out of curiosity what exactly is a Autobiography spec'd. car? surely it is either a A/B, HSE, SE etc. Cheers Col |

That’s right Col, the Black Edition is a HSE brought upto a similar spec to an AB but missing all the AB sales badging (JLR speak) and some of the electrical gizmos. 2019 5.0 SC SVA (Current)
