RRS 2018 infotainment screen issues & oil dilution!

Hi has anyone else suffered with infotainment screen issues? Like freezing, flashing just generally not working as it should? Plus constantly losing reception?

Plus Ive done 6000 miles (brand new car) and the service indicator has come on JLR have advised me that it’s an oil dilution problem and I need a full service?

Anyone else had similar problems?

Thanks

The oil dilution issue is well known. It’s one of those problems that contribute to the major snapped crank issues. 2019 5.0 SC SVA (Current)

Ask the dealer if there is a software update for the screen.

Did you buy the 5-year service plan? If so, it should include a number (4, I believe) of oil changes (you don't need a full service) in addition to the services. RRS MY17 SDV6 AB
