It may be the other way if anything Crying or Very sad
Currently looking at buying a £500k house, mortgage is acheivable but would even nicer with £20k off so worst case scenario D3 may go and be replaced with something cheeper for now Crying or Very sad Crying or Very sad Crying or Very sad

Not much cheaper than a D3!

If (and it is a big if) we did go that route then may go for a second hand 3 or 5 series touring for now, they look like they can be good value for money 3 or 4 years old. Crying or Very sad

Yep, definitely. Beware though that you don't buy a 2nd hand BMW that's much older than 6 or 7 yrs... this is where the little electrical gremlins start to creep in and they're often Censored to get fixed.

500k must buy you something decent in the land of the pork pie, no? Down here you're lucky to get a house with a driveway for that (no tarmac jokes attached, see?) Wink

England 2005 Range Rover Sport Supercharged Java Black

Updown Court was featured on tv about 18 month ago, it's all marble, they sent stonemasons over from Italy and spent three years laying floors, etc. Hope they weren't paid by the hour!! One developer actually went bust before it was finished. Looks like they still can't sell it....... Shocked

I'd want my own private island in the Caribbean for that, and a Leer jet to take me there!
