Yep, definitely. Beware though that you don't buy a 2nd hand BMW that's much older than 6 or 7 yrs... this is where the little electrical gremlins start to creep in and they're often to get fixed.

Theres a house up for sale on my road 3 floors not the best lay out in the world but this nice £575k RRS TDV6 Gone but still around

Updown Court was featured on tv about 18 month ago, it's all marble, they sent stonemasons over from Italy and spent three years laying floors, etc. Hope they weren't paid by the hour!! One developer actually went bust before it was finished. Looks like they still can't sell it.......

Just down the road from you VA [ and a bit ] my mate snapped this up for a bargain and now has a team of 20 or so Polish craftsmen renovating the place ............... I'll be down there in a week to check out their work & progress.
