My cars have always had names and the name usually reflect what their character is......to me.

Current SVR - she is called Nancy after Nancy Wake. Previous 5.0L Autobiography was called Penny, after Penelope Keith.

Jas Current RRS: MY18 SVR
Previous RRS: MY15 RRS 5.0L Autobiography

Ours is referred to as "The Puppy Truck" - we have two rescue dogs which became too big for the Evoque.

The 06 RRS was bought to haul the pair of them around - since purchasing it we've both come to love driving it and are not sure what we'll replace it with once London's Mayor's ULEV zone bites in 2021.....

My father named both of our cars and the names stuck
'Thunder' for the 5.0 Supercharged RRS
'Lightning' for the Scirocco R (being replaced on Thursday by a Merc A35 AMG also to be called 'Lightning') There is no replacement for displacement - W O Bentley

I call it The Land Rover (as if there is no other?) but my wife calls it the Rangie. My 3 year old son calls it the Land Rover so I win.

Rupert on the other hand is a fabulous name! Thumbs Up Although I see it more as a name for an SVR than for an Ewok... Whistle

Rupert L405 P400e Autobiography (MY2020)... Silicon Silver / Espresso
RRS TDV6 HSE Lux (MY2011)... Nara Bronze / Arabica - now gone!
