See if there is a Terraclean company near you that cleans the EGR's & DFP,
I had previous car's EGR done and it was only around £130..

Not 100% sure it can be done but worth an ask..
May be an option for you on this one..

I had a Terraclean done on my Jag as it was showing EGR and DPF faults, it worked great. 2016 Black SDV8 Autobiography

not sure about the TDv8 but the V6's had some issues with the Turbo actuators sticking..
believed there was a mod/tech notice for it Another Pommie Bar Steward down under

I had issues similar to this,, you don't say what mileage is on your car though. Normally EGR valves are not so much of a problem on the V8 compared to the V6, but saying that I suffered engine light and reduced performance issues at around the 95k mls mark. Had to replace the valve in question,, one thing I will say, if you have to replace them do both. I only replaced one and a couple of mouths later the other failed,, you will save money by doing both at once. 2010 RRS, TDV8

My TDV8 had the EGRs changed at over 150k miles and that was only because they had to come out to allow access to do something else - may as well change them in that situation! They weren't throwing any errors up to that point.

As for the OP's question - I'm not sure you can disable the warning because it's emissions related. You can blank them and get them coded out but that's a remap job. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed
