Cant seem to calibrate my suspension?

I have the IID blue tooth tool. With the latest software. Cant get the air suspension to the set height of 461/465 i set it to this but it doesnt correct it. My rear seems to keep going to 475/480 and front 450mm.

This is doing my head in.

In the height adjust settings i cant seem to lower the rear - only raise?

What am i doing wrong?

Cheers

Spencer

Good morning Spencer,

are you setting the suspension to tight tolerance, and then driving it for a 50m or so to let it settle? i usually just reverse mine off the drive and back on once in tight and then set the suspension.

also having read another post where Disco_Mickey suggested that the height sensors which reports a totally different voltage will probably be faulty.

To be honest i dont "set it to tight tolerance" i just adjust each corner as instructed in suspension calibration.

How do i set it to tight tolerance?

If my rear height sensors were faulty would this show up as errors or do they just go "out of range"?
(I dont have any suslension faults)

GAP Diagnostics said that my heights might just be down to a +/- 10mm tolerance.

But this still doesnt let me lower the rear hight in height setting via IID (its at max adjust)

Cheers

Spencer

Re-tight mode i have just read the guide and it is not required for the calibration so don't worry about that.

See page 97 of the user guide, it states to use the live values to confirm the current height calibration, you can also select to view the voltages for each height sensor. if the voltages are very different on the same axel then i believe this might indicate a potential issue. Perhaps Disco_Mikey will advise better..

Ok, I would set the height adjust to normal and then calibrate the suspension. Once you have calibrated then use the height adjust function to lower to your preferred height.
